Petaltone Chakra Information

For those unfamiliar with chakras, what follows is basic information on their names, locations, colors, relevant organs, and related health issues—as well as a diagram of the subtle energy bodies often mentioned in essence descriptions. Following that are a few paragraphs on dis-ease as sourced in these subtle energy fields and a beautiful image that sums up visually another way to look at the work of Petaltone essence treatment.

Petaltone aura-clearing directions instruct the person using an essence to evaporate it into one or more chakras—

To clear the auric field, put a few drops on one palm, rub palms together, and evaporate from 4 to 6 inches away from the body into selected chakras, or draw hands through the auric field from bottom to top or vice versa.

The word "chakra" comes from Sanskrit and translated means "wheel". Indians believe the body contains seven main chakras, arranged vertically from the base of the spine to the top of the head. These chakras are thought of as spinning vortexes of energy, thus wheels of light (www.backacademy.ch/). The spacing actually matches major nerve and endocrine centers in the body (www.celestialhealing.net/chakras.htm).

Here are two diagrams of the basic 7 chakras:

Crown

Third Eye/Brow

Throat

Heart

Solar Plexus

Sacral

Root

SPECIFIC LOCATIONS OF THE CHAKRAS

(First Chakra) The Root chakra is located at the genitals on the front of the body, and the base of the spine, the coccyx or tailbone of the back. The center is the sexual/genital area, the gateway of birth and the reproductive organs.

(Second) The Sacral chakra is frontally located in the lower abdomen, between the root chakra and the navel. The chakra is rooted in the spinal column at the first lumbar vertebra, and it corresponds to the ovaries in women and spleen in men.

(Third) The Solar Plexus chakra is located just above the navel below the center breastbone. Its spinal location is at the eighth thoracic vertebra. This chakra corresponds to the adrenals, pancreas, and stomach.

(Fourth) The Heart chakra is located between the breasts, in the center of the breastbone. At the back, its location is the first thoracic vertebra between and below the shoulder blades. This chakra corresponds with the thymus, heart, and circulation.

(Fifth) The Throat chakra is located in the front at the base of the neck, at the hollow of the collarbone, with its spiral rooted in the third cervical vertebra at the back, the spine at the base of the skull. This chakra corresponds to the thyroid, lungs, ears, nose and throat.

(Sixth) The Third Eye chakra is frontally just above and between the physical eyes, and at the first cervical vertebra of the spine at the back.  This chakra corresponds to the eyes and pituitary gland.

(Seventh) The Crown chakra physical front and back location is at the top of the head, slightly to the back. This chakra corresponds to the pineal and pituitary glands.

Chart of Chakra Basics

Below is a chart of chakra basics: number, color, location, main issue, affected areas, associated health problems, and qualities of a balanced chakra* system:

Chart courtesy of www.members.debbyandersen.com.

*The present understanding of the chakra system gives you seven plus one (foot to crown). As you will recall, the extra chakra (chakra zero) is your Earth-grounding center, and it is located between the balls of your feet. Above the crown chakra are four more, numbered eight to twelve. There is a growing awareness that dis-eases are sourced in the body's energy fields

Alternative medicine practitioners—and, increasingly, mainstream medical doctors and PhDs—are aware that dis-eases of the physical body begin as blocks or distortions in our energy fields. When not dealt with, these unhandled issues eventually ground out as physical problems in the body—when that's what it takes to get our attention!

It is well known, for example, that the liver is associated with anger. When one does not handle anger that was a response to some life situation, and instead stifles the anger, this unexpressed emotion stays in one's energy field—waiting for release/expression in one way or another. Most everyone has the experience of what it feels like to stuff anger, and some the experience of an unexpected burst of it when triggered. Many people had experiences—in their early years, or later years of work hierarchies and relationships—of being mistreated, being angry about it, and being in a position where they simply did not feel safe enough or courageous enough to express their feelings, so the anger/rage energy stayed within.

Petaltone essences can assist. They treat on multiple levels when a given essence finds its way into the finest layers of a person's subtle energy bodies. The essences can dissolve energy blocks and disharmonies that exist on almost any level—assisting to clear them before they become physical.
